Can Xonar Phoebus do 3D Sound Simulation for Headphones

i.e. what title asks. Is there a feature like CMSS3D for Creative X-FI cards on this card. If I use headphones, I want to be able to hear a respresentation of 3D sound if someone is walking up behind me or in front of me as well as left and right.

There are a few surround mode options which create a "3D" space. On a sidenote, if you want a more expansive sound field be sure to use headphones with an open back, you will get a far wider soundstage than closed can types and these will create a 3D effect naturally when teamed with the Phoebus.
