I'm guessing with a crappy HDD i got, it's the cause of it?

Download WhoChrashed from CNet or your fav download place and run the dump through that.

What that tells me is your drivers are not working nice together.

You can look at device manager and see if there are any conflicts - little yellow question marks.

Or simply download all the drivers that are current for your set up, put them on a USB or a spare hard drive and then do a fresh install of OS.

That way you eliminate a whole host of variables.

    Follow Hiviz guidance first here.

I would also try nudging your memory voltage up to rule this out. Try 1.6 its not a problem.

I fresh installed this PC just last night so the only thing's i've installed are: Graphics card/Intel LAN/Chipset, Death-adder mouse drivers and then skype/steam/msn so nothing too big, There isn't any device's displaying in yellow marks and i do believe i've installed every updated version but i'll go through it again and run some more test's and see what happens.

    Thanks lads.

oh and when i pushed "Go Button" - from memory area PC booted and told me the OC was incorrect and dropped rams back to 1333mhz, is this usual ?

Ok, so far ran the night just playing music off the PC and the evening just doing various thing's and no crash's yet, seems the OC work's i'll be putting some game stress to it today and see how that handles and i'll update here (hopefully on the way to fix it)

Ok, update: Pumped up the memory to 1600 (was on 1333 for all this time) it seems fine but i get a voltage alert from different areas of the board stating like: CPU PPL 65.505, and DRAM: 0.000, it happen's randomly should i be worried?

Going to carry on stress testing it (though i'm not sure what else i can throw at it )

Those readings/alerts are from AI Suite I take it?
This usually happens if you are using some other software to read temps etc at the same time as using AI Suite, mine does it if I use AIDA 64 at the same time, sometimes even cpuz even messes with the readings shown by it xD
