    Hi,

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers, also have you checked to see if there is any Yellow markers in Device Drivers.

Also is this problem only happening when you connect a network to your PC? or only when your directly sharing with that PC?

Start with some basics first and see if you still get errors. Try another PC on the network and see if you get this issue, try reinstalling the drivers to the latest and also maybe some older versions and test to see if the version of the network adapter is causing you issues.

If all else fails you could just do a full OS install and try again.

I had issue with the lan driver as well .. I had to use an older version ...
Mine was bluescreening when i would turn on a streaming video ..

I lost my IV E in an ugly RMA incident .. Asus replaced it with a V/ThunderBolt.

You may also want to test your memory (to be sure) ... best of luck.c.

If possible please provide me with the BSOD error code.

    Will look something like this

    STOP Error 0x0000004F: NDIS_INTERNAL_ERROR
3 series MIVE, MIVG BIOS FLASH GUIDE
RAID GUIDE * Memtest86+ GUIDE * CAP GUIDE * USB BIOS Flahsback GUIDE * Win8 Rampage Install

ONLY IF 2003 BIOS or NEWER
To Flash back to 1xxx.ROM, Rename 1xxx.rom to ERALL.ROM and Use USB Flashback
