i thought they were made from a sheet of some material or other.they look nice. it took me ages to find something i could cut to size. i ended up buying some A4 sheets of copper and steal mesh. it was a pain in the arse to get right and took a few attempts but worked well in the end

I ordered some aluminum mesh from McMaster Carr. It's an industrial supply company and they have just about any kind of material one could wish for. If you're into PC modding, you should have their site bookmarked.

this is what i ended up using http://wires.co.uk/acatalog/info_SA_MESHx3.html i bought 2 sample packs which contained various thickness's of steal,copper and brass woven A4 sheets. some were so fine i thought it was cloth lol. the copper one in that pic was the thickest but the rest were a lot finer and did the job good.

I figured since my PSU faces down and the 600T has mesh and a filter for the PSU fan, I could get away with stealing the decorative grill and using it on the front. I think it turned out rather well.
