I think what you are referring to is a facet of DTS Neo 6, which is not in the software package for this card (it requires a separate license). I am not sure on the features of Dolby Digital live on this card as I don't have a multi channel setup I can connect to it to test. I must confess though, I am a bit of a purist so tend to use the least amount of processing anyway. You are talking to a guy that is anal enough to use inductive or digital volume controls and single ended SET 300B amps for gaming at times with open baffle speakers - not much help to you guys :P
