Ocz revo drive x2 install on a asus crosshair V formula mb.

I was wondering if their is any other members on here that have a OCZ Revo drive x2 installed on the asus crosshair V board? If so, what is best way to go about setting it up as a boot drive? All help would be appreciated, thank you!

That is just it,I did not get a answer , I got a general way to go about it ,hit or miss! All I am looking for is if there is another member on these forums who has the crosshair V motherboard and a ozc revo drive x2 installed and what exactly did they do to install it as a boot drive.

You received a specific answer from me at the OCZ forum. Nothing "hit or miss". Anyway the "Wake" option you are looking for is Power On By PME which needs to be set to enabled. Anything else regarding the Revo 3 I will be more than happy to answer in your existing thread at the OCZ forum.

I did not alter PMe or wake on anything, i just plugged it in and booted and installed windows, however windows (setup) couldnt see the drive and i had to install the revo's driver ,from the disk i got with it(ive since updated the driver) then windows setup could see the drive and the install went without hicup.

on a similar note though ive tried moveing it around the slots since with OS on and without a reinstall and its never listed in the bios( under the Pciex tab) the board sees both gfx but never the ssd, i recently reflashed the ssd with the latest bios(which joy of joys didnt wipe its boot partition) but its still not seen in bios, however windows sees it once loaded and it boots fine , the sytem volume is on it.
