gah.............................. help me!!!

cpu just died on me.
instaled aquacomputer5 xl USB. no error booted 4 times ( http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_...oducts_id=2851 )
instaled windows framework 4.0 stays on for like 1 min and POFF rebotet and straight to red cpu light.
cant reboot or reset whit the buttons, cl.cmos ?? times, pulled the power plug, dont even start to post at all.black screen.
prosessor bought around october/november last year. newest bios flash ( had it for atleast a month ).
need a fast reply if enny one got an idea.

I'd pull the CPU to check for scorching or other damage.

no nada zip, inspected before puting back the coler.
cleaned and so on.
new paste.
even temps was low ( 30+c ) on the cpu

I would start by completely disconnecting the aquacomputer5 unit since things seemed to go bad right after you installed the unit.
Try that then get back to us !

usb,temp,flow meter,power. thats all thats connected to it ( exept the fan's to the external rad )
just ordered a new cpu.

Puff the Magic Dragon ..Lived by the Sea...And Frolicked int the Land of ......Sorry just popped into my mind from this thread. Me I would put it all back together with a Stock Air cooler and the Fancy Panel DC'd and give it a shot. You'll verify two things at the same time, 1) your Cooling System isn't Drawing too much Juice to Start the System and Two if the CPU is really Dead....Just go back to Basics and start from there till you find the Problem.

havent use the stock cooler at all, been using the watercooling since day one ( and the amd 1100 before the fx cpu ).
and i dident remove the cpu from the socket at all.
like i typed when started this tread, it booted up fine, i did restart it a few times ( no problem ) and instaled windows frameworks 4.0, few secs after *crash* ( it rebooted and straight to cpu light )
no post or what so ever.
and i have power for lots.
the external pump/res unit have its own power ( only fan controll from the pc ( rpm ) )

I know it maybe a Stupid thought but with the problem I had yesterday try DC-'in the Drive Cables and try to start up...For an idea of the trouble take a look at http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread...untry=&status=. My point is it maybe not the CPU but something else entirely since my BIOS kept resetting and caused all kinds of problems that I'm still dealing with today all because of a STUPID DATA Cable....and also that is why I stated to take it down to Basics and work forward.

have to go over it tomorrow and see if i can find out, they prob gona send out the new cpu tomorrow im im lucky/unlucky.
the bios wont post at all, black screen all the way ( no signal sent from the cards )
and i get picture on the tv before the monitor get enny signal.
so lets home it wasnt the mobo :s
