    Speed 3200MHz

    Hi
Is there anyone here who can tell me how to set up in bios
So my CPU gets up on speed 3200MHz and then the turbo is working up to 3800MHz
    I run 1600MHz XMP

Now it stands at 3800MHz all the time
When I set all number of active cores Will Be set to on, go on down to 1200MHz
I just want the drops to 3200MHz not 1200MHz

Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology when you put it on the Disabled
Then get cpu stop going down to 1200MHz
But when I Disabled so nothing happens
Is there something I miss doing

    Please try this.

    Go into your BIOS.
F5 enter - this is to restore default values.
Set XMP as your mode of overclock.
Now navigate to the Advanced CPU page
CPU speedstep is enabled as default, change that to disabled.
    F10 to save and reset

Your system should not go down to X12
If it does then it means your ram overclock is not stable.

If you want your CPU to run at max all the time:

    Control pannel
    System and Security
    Power options
    Change plan config.
    Advanced config.
    Processor power ....set min 100%

Personally i wouldn't think this is necessary or desirable for a whole number of reasons....but...

    SpeedStep disabled

    HiVizMan

That's what I've done off the SpeedStep disabled
But the cpu goes down to 1200MHz
    That's why I'm surprised

Does it go up to 3800MHz at all?

Download Memtest86 version 4.2 (USB version is what I use) run memtest at XMP and see if your ram works as it should. If you are not sure how to run memtest just ask.

    Hi
Well it goes up to 3800MHz
    There it all the time
My question was how I can set the bios so CPU is at 3200MHZ standard and then the turbo is doing so it works from 3200MHz to 3800MHz when it needs
    Now it only to 3800MHz
There is a setting in the bios that I have tried
But when the data is not active, it goes down to 1200MHz
Then when the data needs power, it goes up to 3500MHz - 3800MHz then when the turbo is working
This is where I want it to just go down to 3200MHz when the data does not work but it goes down to 1200MHz

To do what you want your CPU to do please do what I suggested. I have tested this myself and it works. When I need the CPU it will go to 3500 or 3800 MHz as needed. When not needed it goes down to 3200MHz and does not drop to 12x or 16x.

    Go into your BIOS.
F5 enter - this is to restore default values.
Set XMP as your mode of overclock.
Now navigate to the Advanced CPU page
CPU speedstep is enabled as default, change that to disabled.
    F10 to save and reset

    Enjoy

    Nothing works for me

    Nothing works for me
    My tests

    1. The first I can get it to be 3200MHz but without the turbo on this setting all the off

    2. But then when I turn on the Turbo just so CPU at 3500MHz do not know why
If you set the CPU Ratio at 32 it's a 3500MHz
Does not work Turbo this one whether you have the turbo on??
Located just 3500MHz constantly under load and no load

    3. The third Then if you have Turbo and CPU C7 Report on the Turbo works but it goes down to 1200MHz

Please do a full CMOS clear with you system without power connected and the battery out. Leave it like that for 30 mins or more.

    Then start all over again.

All you do is disable speed-step please.

    F10 and enter.
