    Hi
Now I have a full CMOS clear with you system without power Connected and the battery out. Leave it for 30 mins
Then I drove before memtest86 no problems with my memory
Then when I run the restore default values and run the memory at default 1333MHz
    When I try this
But it goes a then down to 1200MHz
So I've tried everything you ask me

Then there is one thing I've seen when you put the CPU speedstep disabled
Then when you restart the computer it says cpu at 3500MHz 3800MHz target
I was going to ask you why it does so when I have default settings on the cpu 3200MHz?
    weird
But now that you talk a lot about memory, so I went in and put 1.6v
Then disappeared 3500MHz now strengthen where 3212MHz instead
But then now, when memories have more power then not working CPU speedstep it goes down to 1200MHz
    Suck
I do not like to run the memory at 1.65V for the above it may well destroy CPU
Then my memory is supposed to go to 1.5v

It seems you have a corrupt BIOS my friend.

Download a new version of the latest BIOS, and flash from the BIOS utility EZflash2 - you will need to use a Fat formatted USB stick to do so.

Hope this sorts out your problem.

Did you download a fresh copy of the BIOS?

Did you flash your BIOS using the EZFlash2 tool?

    If yes to both questions.

RMA both the CPU and the motherboard.
