Driver help for 2xHD4870 1gb Dark Knights and Crysis Wars

    This maybe redundant to some....

I play this really cool mod to Crysis Wars called Mechwarrior Living Legends and I also Alpha test for them. I have 2xHD4870 1GB Dark Knights installed and I was hoping someone here has experience with those and Crysis Wars as far as drivers are concerned.

I updated to 12.4 and got BSOD after BSOD, rolled back to 11.6 and things are back to normal, which isn't great. My system CTD about 1-5 times a week while playing the mod and I would like to stop that. Also If I turn up the settings in CCC I get CTD's more often, so I have to stick with stock settings. So if you have experience with Crysis Wars and drivers for a 4870 in crossfire, please lend me some support. I need to know what drivers worked best for you and were stable!

If you have Crysis Wars and want to try something new Mechwarrior Living Legends is free to download, free to play and is the only combined arms Mechwarrior ever. I'm sure if your reading this then you have a system capable of playing this! Linky:MWLL

I used to have a 4870X2 dual gpu card. The 10. series drivers always worked well on that card. Those are old tech now. I would not use the brand new drivers. I know you don't want to hear this, but it is time for you to upgrade. 6000 series at least. 6950 6970.

I agree with Speed, Unless your gaming system is as old as those cards are I would upgrade them to the 6950's atleast.
