looks like the matrix is not compatable with the 3xx nvidia drivers, the 301.24 were incompatable with the matrix, I thought the next release would have sorted the issues, but it seems not,

can ASUS not do somthing about this please? at least get in contact with nvidia to let them aware of the issues of the 3xx driver in compatable with the matrix.. we all payed big bucks for our matrix's and we are falling behind in drivers now

Really annoyed about this issue, everytime nvidia releases a beta driver it doesnt work with my matrix, a card that cost quite a bit more than a reference 580. Now we cant even use full blown driver releases. Can Asus not do something about this. Reaching the point where I will sell this card and remove asus from any future purchases.

I just tried the new drivers and have the same issue, I managed to get it kind of working by overclocking the card slightly in Asus tweak but it was not consistent and stopped working again. Shortly after my Asus tweak flipped out and it was displaying bizzar values so I ended up removing it for now.

I spend a lot of money on these cards as I run two in sli, it would be nice if they worked with the latest drivers.

I am having to roll back to 296.10 in order to get it all working again.

Same issue here too, 301.42 giving really bad performances with my Matrix 580.

Angry Matrix 580 and Nvidia Driver 300xx Series Not Working.........

Yes i to have a Matrix 580 and all drivers in the 300 series have not worked ,eg 3d clocks sticking @ 50 mhz and driver crash with GPU Tweak . Back to 296.10 again and no problems . Please can we have a fix for this. PS there is also a few Martix owners over @ Guru3D.COM that have also reported the same problem with all 300 serise drivers . http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?p=4323854
Please help as i want to use the new drivers ,As i love my Matrix and don't want to have to change my card so soon after spending a lot of money .
    Thank You .

I have same problem with my matrix, clocks gets stuck to 2d/media clocks with all 300 series drivers.

But its not only 300 series drivers that have some weird things, i have atm 296.10 drivers and in some reason clockspeeds are wrong, i have 810MHz instead of 816 at stock, then if i overclock even 1mhz from clocks jumps straight to 823.
