    Someone in another thread told me it might be an OCP issue - the 300 series drivers set it too low. You can disable OCP in GPU-Z.

    It's because the MATRIX is pre-overclocked so it's default voltage is set higher so NV didn't realise/remember this when they did the new driver level.

    Which is the last stable driver

    Hi richard,
    what is the last stable driver that i can use.. so that OCP does not need to be switched off. build number please..faced the same issue with the 3 series.. and i did a full fresh install of os etc.. Thanks

    I tried to disable ocp and tried to force 3D freq on asus gpu tweak
    the problem persists... please fix

    It seems like this issue is gonna be fixed with the next nVidia driver release. I hope it works.

    same, nothing but problems with my M.P. 3d vision is busted also. Ive reverted to old drivers and all is fine.

    Is there allready some news??? still running on the old drivers now!
    Maybe a firmware upate or do we have to waith for some new Nvidia beta drivers??
