so far i got 13.01 working good so i don't see any real reason to update unless there was a problem with old bios

Ive updated and seem prefect running plus some add to support RAM to 2400mhz mean you can use DDR3-2400mhz - all AM3+ CPU run up to 1866 but can run at 2133... seem much better version and Im using 2x4GB GSkill Ripjaws Z DDR3-1866mhz for just 96 quids that so cheap (kept other 2 stick in the box and will install later when Windows 8 is release then I try run at 16GB cos Im in heavy work that need lots of RAM)...

Don't think so. I was using the modded 1301. I can no longer change settings in RAIDXpert. Ill keep the 1402 until it gets modded.

Updated to this version two days ago. Seems to be working OK. Forgot to clear CMOS before flashing, and flashed from ASUS AutoUpdate. After flash, my computer wouldn't POST. I was afraid I'd corrupted the ROM, but after clearing the CMOS and entering all the basic settings, it seems to work fine. I haven't tried to enter my OC settings yet, though.
