Hi Paolo, thanks for Your suggestions, let me answer it:
    1. All clear, i know that, just wanted to share how much screens as i could, maybe it could a bring new idea about this issue.
    2. I`ve install drivers from different location, from Asus website, from Intel website, from CD attached to mainboard... And every time effect is the same - no signal
    3. Yes, exactly i`m using this TV as monitor, and without this problem, i can reccomend it everyone: 32`, full HD, 100Hz (even as a monitr its use only 60Hz, IPS). I`ve checked, HDMI cable is 1.3
4 and 5. Think it will be the only way to get a screen after installing drivers. But maybe instead of borrow a DVI monitor, maybe it will be easier to buy/borrow a DVI-HDMI cable?

Any way, i somone have some suggestions, pls feel free.

    Hi Hechter,

So you're problem does not seem to be the same as mine. Just one thought occured. Your monitor is HDCP compliant, and I don't really know how HDCP works but found this :-

    http://tv.about.com/od/hdtv/a/hdmidvihdcp.htm

It works by encrypting a digital signal with a key that requires authentication from the transmitting and receiving product. If authentication fails then the signal fails, which means no picture on the TV screen.
Your monitor has 3 hdmi sockets, 1 of which is HDCP, have you tried swapping the cable from one socket to another on the monitor?

I think the only real way to test it is to try an alternate monitor or cable, but I don't think your monitor has a DVI input, it does have a VGA RGB In (D-sub 15pin) - PC input though which is an analog input, so you may be able to find a cable that will connect to that instead to test.

Try a VGA cable as suggested. You'll still be using Intel IGP but without HDCP getting in the way. If that works you will have narrowed the problem to HDMI.

Hmm, think i`m on the wall...
Concerning this HDCP stuff, this TV has a back two HDMI inputs with HDPC, so it should work...
Will buy a HDMI-VGA cable and try to connect them. Quality of singal will be much worst, then HDMI-HDMI?

Thans for suggestions, BUT if someone will have another idea, pls post

    Hi Guys;
As Your suggestions, i`ve bought a HDMI-VGA cable.
And situation is worst, bcs there isnt any singal to TV. Maybe problem is in that HDMI is a digital signal, and VGA is analog? What screen preferneces should i set, to get a signal on TV?

Hi Hechter, Sorry to hear about your on-going problems. I really am at a loss to suggest anything else. What screen preferences do you have to choose from?

Problem is Paolo, that i dont know, what screen preferences should i pick, bcs when i switch cable to HDMI-VGA, i dont have any signal at all.
    I cant enter BIOS even.
Only solution on my head is to buy a video card
