Crosshair II Republic Gamer (CPU Init)

I just move and when I tried to boot my PC it would start but then shut off with no warning. In my research I have found that I have a CPU Init on the LED. I have removed everything except for the power and the CPU/fan and tried to boot it but with the same issue. I have also reset cmos and with the same thing. I have read that people are updating the BIOS, but how can you when you can't boot the PC. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.

This may sound stupid, but I packed up my desktop and 24" monitor to take on vacation with me. It was running fine at home got to the condo and it would not boot. The powersupply went bad while traveling. This may have happend to you.
