ASUS G55VW modified drivers for GTX 660M (301.42)

As far as the sub adjusting to the rest of the volume settings yes thats fixed. The sub still playin te entire audiorange. But i can live with that now that i dont have to worry bout the sub volume(the change takes a 2nd when you change your volume so i thought it was dropping out lol)

my subwoofer in the g55 still cannot adjust with the volume,..it is still on except when the volume is totally off...how you solve this problem.? did you update drivers? im using the g55, please help me, thanks

I can confirm the drivers are working on GTX 660m (G55)
The place to download official Nvidia drivers with moded INF to support all models is:

I don’t have any benchmarking to prove the performance of those drivers but according to the official release notes they should come with some features and performance improvements...

Hey Komaron, did you mean you downloaded the driver from this thread and copy the INF file which is version 301.40?

Do you have the modified INF file for version 301.42?
I copied the modified INF file into folder Display.Driver folder and fired the installation from 301.42.
It detected my GTX 660m but I didnt proceed further as I wanted the correct versioning.

However, if we're all talking about Diablo 3' stuttering? the performance has improved slightly after the latest D3 patch last night.
I'm not sure if you guys are still experiencing it, but the performance has improved for D3.
I'm still on the first release version. 296.

I did not keep the files... I installed them and erased the files. I did not test this on D3, but 3DMark Vantage went a bit up.

Try, if it installs... Test some games or Furmark to see if its stable.
