Help Overclock 980X

I am new to overclocking but love Benchmarks
I would ask for help on an overclock to 4.6 stable ...

What have you achieved so far? What are your voltages, temps? What BIOS settings have you changed? Have you ever overclocked before?

That would be my first overclock .....
I like to climb up to 4.3
I just build this pc

I recommend you finding your lowest possible vcore for your cpu before doing anything else, that way you can know how much head room, can you post some cpuz,temps, as well as anything else that we may use to help you OC?

OK, then you should do some basic reading on i7 overclocking first. There are tons of useful guides only a Google search away so it won't do much good for us to repeat all of it here. There are 980X specific guides available as well but this Max PC article is as good as any to get you familiar with the basic terms. Once you've read this article you should have enough information to start overclocking. Once you start hitting a wall and need more fine tuning post your settings and temperatures here.
