Hang on, you say BIOS flashback...this is meant to be used by ROG Connect isn't it? and you said ROG Connect is now gone...confuuuusion

There should be a 2nd BIOS attached to the mobo too, there can be no way known that only Intel can now have this as a standard feature...it's just a bloody BIOS chip

Those PCIe x1 slots need to be moved elsewhere. I am thinking seriously of going a Dual GPU configuration and I don't like seeing those slots between the 16x slots.....all I can see is big temp rises having my Phoebus nestled between a pair of 670's

Now all that's missing, is the next AMD Chipset to drive PCIe 3.0

Well that just tore out the mention of the Formulas are for Gamers...Because this isn't a Formula it's an Extreme Geared towards OC'ers, Especially since it has LN2 switch and the Gamers features have been basically wiped from it. it now comes down to why no Dual BIOS like the Intel lines and even all the Other Manufacturers have...There's a lot of things missing and sorry for feeling this way but as far as I can see AMD users got the shaft again. The Intel side has the ROG Boards but this is about the same as the Non-ROG Asus boards just in the Black and Red Coloring.

Sorry once again but this little Sneak Peak was A Major letdown for me. Yes I'm happy Asus thought enough to give a Refresh for the CHVF and some of the new features will be welcomed like the New X-Fi but for me I was expecting a little more not less.

Has a price point been set ? Of an unreleased board ? That would be giving
stock to the competition .. a target price if you prefer.

Just for you guys, I took this photo. It's actually far too early to show off the C5F-Z yet as there's no fixed MP date sorry. I'll let you know when I know but the marketing campaign is only just in planning now so we won't write more about it until it's ready.

However, to stop you speculating on crappy pictures and to give ROG forumers the VERY FIRST LOOK Here's a 2000px shot of the Formula-Z:

Im pleasure for MEMtweakIT for this board too . I like this software at maximus boards ...And for added higher memory divider (example under LN2 and memory records now would be lmit sometimes high FSB. FX can easy over 3000 Mhz at RAM under LN2, at top is FSB higher than 300 bclk/FSB...So...2600 dividerwill be OK )

just din't add enough to it ..you want £200+ for a board .... i want bells and whistles
dual bios ,better n/b cooling (i know mine gets really hot ) ,better ram slots ...
come on if at first ya don't succeed ..fire you designers and listen to the people buying it ..
