How to do Memtest
Download the USB version of Memtest 4.2
Double click the downloaded file
Follow the prompts
Place USB drive with Memtest in system you wish to test
Power up and press F8
Select the USB drive with Memtest as your boot disc
Memtest runs
There you go

ONLY IF 2003 BIOS or NEWER
To Flash back to 1xxx.ROM, Rename 1xxx.rom to ERALL.ROM and Use USB Flashback
Just repeating what i said before: "neither the XP or Vista are a great choice as operating systems"...
Have you downloaded the specific drivers for the XP (as seen in the video, that's what you're trying to run)? Is your Windows a legit copy?
Why you're not trying to reformat one of your HDDs and fresh-install a Windows 7?
