Best sub 50£ sound card for CVF

Got this brand new board, and thinking i might treat myself with a soundcard(always used onboard)

Is the onboard sound on the CVF any good? Any improvements over the CIIIF (which i had last)

Lastly, any recommendations? I have the senhesier pc 320s, and logitech z-2300 speakers.

i use the onboard but i dont have 5.1 ( it only shows up as stereo on my surround amp ) and i use optics.
and it all depends on what card you want, from what im seeing they are pricy ( new ones ) but old ones are around 20 - 60 quid.
