need help. Overclocking Failed! at startup

you can see my rig on my signature. firstly i'm new to overclocking. the problem is i try to overclock at bios i can only reach roughly 3.6ghz stable with around 1725mhz ram after tested prime95 for 4-5 hours. if i put higher and restart it the overclocking failed! will appear. is it due to the voltage? i put auto for all.

another question is my ram timing should be 7-8-7-24 but when i check cpu-z it is 9-8-9-24 if i'm not mistaken. why is it so? do i have to manually tweak it at bios?

by the way my bios version is 1307 i already flashed it. really need help.

there are so many variables to consider when Overclocking, RAM speed, NB speed, cpu speed, memory timings and all the assosiated voltages I suggest you google search for dolks phenom overclocking guide, its a very good and informative read.
