Woohoo, I got an email. Verified they used the correct BIOS I asked for (screenies) and sent a quick reply of thanks.
The thing that's gonna frustrate me the most; is in 24 hours i'll have my brand new ROG Xonar Phoebus....and not have a working PC to put it into >.> lol
Update: I just got my shiny new FX 4170, put it into my Mobo and fired it up....only to have my rig still go no further than the last time, so i'm really hoping the problem is my BIOS...else it may be time for an RMA ticket :/
Update 2: I took my 4100 in to a local computer shop who were kind enough to put it into a test bench test it for me and said it's running perfectly. So i'm glad it is still healthy and can be used for my Media Centre project whoop!! though now, I have to bide my time til my new BIOS Chip comes in...hopefully soon.....I want my RIG!!!
Update 3: I got my BIOS chip, inserted it into my Mobo and fired up my Rig.....only to have a Red QLED solid for my VGA, moved my card in different slots, even used ROG Connect to clear the CMOS, rebooted and now there is a "CMOS ERROR" code in RC Poster :/
Not only with that mentioned above, but now I have a RED QLED for Boot Device LED >.<
Why do I get the feeling im gonna be told to RMA this board.....unless I can't cos im the reason for the problems :/ lol

Have you tryed to press that "Go button" when you have any solid Qled on?
Do you have speaker installed to your MB pins? .. whats the message?
Solid VGA led would mean that CPU and DRAM are ok but for some reason it wount detect video card. ...do you have another one, for test?
Not a sure about "Boot device led" but i would think of devices on SATA ports and that one to shot down as it finds it and left from POST.
... i would disconnect all SATA cables from MB and try to boot again. If that dont help then i would get the MB out of case and try to boot it up with minimum (PSU, MB, CPU, GPU and one DRAM).

No speaker connected to the Mobo either.
Unfortunately I do not have another VGA card to test with.
Will try without any devices attached, bar the minimum

I wouldn't worry about the BOOT_LED too much because the Thunderbolt I have here it's BOOT_LED is on until it past POST and goes to boot then it turns off. But the VGA_LED that worries me because that's telling me that ether your Card is Bad or the your MoBo is Bad.... The only other thing I could suggest is removing the Battery and Power Cord for 10min and try again...
Left my Battery and cord out for 5 hours while I went to work, no dice. Might have to drop by the local shop again after I get my butt outta bed and see if they'll test the VGA for me, I know she's drawing power cos the fan is running on it.
Btw, love your new Sig...I used to use that font myself a lot lol, oh and uhhh DC mate, tis spelt Crosshair, not Chrosshair lol

I did that once before and it took a week before Area66 finally noticed and said something about it....LOL The nice thing is now I got to make a new Game since things have changed again...
