    7 inch display inside my case?

    Ok So I had an idea to put my HD lcd4 video display atached to the froont of my case to display an extended desktop and it looks cool....anyone have any ideas as to putting it inside the case, or what would you use it for to display what...? I have no idea where to go from here .. ...just thinking out loud hereDSC09858.jpg

    It looks like you'd have to do some substantial modification of that case to fit it in the front, given that it is barely wider than 7" on the whole. (Yes I know that is a diagonal measurement but you have to account for the bezel).

    Anyway, hard to tell from that angle but if you think it will fit inside of the plastic facade without cutting into the structure then it shouldn't be hard. You could remove the facade and cut it with a jigsaw blade appropriate for plastic. Or you could use a dremel of course. Just don't let hot tools/blades contact plastic for too long or it will melt and warp.
