Sabertooth 990FX won't POST or beep, no video signal

So yeah, my newly built computer will not POST, or have any kind of video signal. I'm somewhat sure (70%) its not the GPU because the fans are spinning. The mobo will not beep or anything, the only hint I really have is that the MemOK! light is consistently red, unless I push the button in which case nothing happens except that the red light flashes. I believe that means that the mobo is not detecting the RAM at all. I have also tried using one stick at a time. I just can't imagine 4 sticks of RAM all failing at once in the same package. The RAM is also in the slots correctly and I am just clueless on what is going on.

    (CPU is a FX-8150)

I dunno what the differences are between my CHVF and your Sabretooth (btw you placed this thread in the wrong section lol should have been AMD Non RoG Mobos) but, I would have a look and see if you need a BIOS update to make use of your 8150. If the 990FX Sabretooth is the same BIOS wise, you will need to flash your BIOS a few revisions up, so you can use your 8150. Oh and do you have another compatible, maybe older CPU that you can use? as you will need it to flash your BIOS to a newer revision
