    SilverLight Spammer Bomb ??

A few months ago SilverLight 'Pop-Ups' started bombing me from the forum.
(This only happens after accessing the forum, I could surf for hours without ever
seeing one .. until I log on ) This could be a form of a SpammerBomb released
in the database .. Its somewhere ..
Now as you can imagine I find little humor in this and the redirect/lock outs that
go with it ... but this pop-up this morning is the last straw ... I refrain from further comment .. hahhahahaa

(Any help in killing this thing once and for all .. is needed .. can AnyOne fix this ?)

it's rather strange though, I got Silverlight installed - i'm sure, and yet I never face any kind of spam bombs.

I have never had that happen to me, but then I do have adblock installed as standard with my browser. Chrome by the way.

I've seen this before, as a Matter of fact Microsoft last year Won a Lawsuit over some companies using their Marketing Tools, Primarily Silverlight and forcing People to do a Bogus Virus Scan andf then Pay them to remove Thousand or so False Viruses...some of this was delivered as a Bomb from Spammers on Forums that would activate if viewed with IE with Silverlight enabled...

Silverlight is kinda a force install as it comes with IE automatically whether or not you want it but there is an Optional Update that only installs Updates and Activates Silverlight if it's not already activated.
