Trust me, I would know this, I did do both the overviews for the Max V F and E
I knew that it was some glitch...
And now I also know that only the Maximus V Formula has the Thermo Fusion system... It seems a very good idea to me... - just was hoping that Asus would use it more extensively...

The feedback on the system has been largely positive so far and I see no reason for it not to be there especially since it's optional.I knew that it was some glitch...
