memory update on vendor list

do they update the memory suporting the mobo on the vendor list stil, or is it just the couple of months after its released?
sitting here drooling on the platinum series of the corsair dominator :P

Just because it is not on the QVL does not mean it will Not run, it means it was not tested to run.
Will it run better than what you have to justify the expense is the question...c.

What board are you thinking of running those babies on. Currently I would suggest to get the best out of them you will have to have an IVY CPU.

the one im i have, im in mixed mind if im gona go whit the AMD or go intel :s
friend told me to rma this board and get a new one, and a cheep one since i sudenly have 2 8150 cpu's :s
and run the cheep as a backup rig ( data storage )

To get your 3000MHz out of the sticks you are going to need an IMC that is gold. I had one (CPU) that would boot at XMP to 2800MHz and run 32Mil Super PI stable but hat CPU did not last.

Would love to see you do it on the AMD platform I must be honest. Miss my AMD days.

well cant say im after OC like a pro, just the lights thats luring me to it :P
thinking of geting the NZXT Switch 810 Big Tower and new WC parts.
i just play games and browse and watch a movie or 2 on it.
and mabye "pimp" it a lill ( if only the side door was full cover so i could cut own "figure/s" out of it and put plexi behind )

mailed corsair and asked if its compatible to the AMD ( it say's intel on their list so )
oh i forgot, they are gona come out whit more colors in sep this year ( they stated so on their site ) if its only avalible only from their site or not im not shure
