ASUS G73jw display problems.....URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hello i just bought a new ASUSg73jw lappy, which is great..but recently i have noticed that the screen is not displaying colors correctly...it looks like some patches when i set certian images as background.It looks like pixels..i have updated my Nvidia gtx460m drivers and still getting the same problem......do any of u know what exactly is going on?????

i already sent this to ASUS tech service they told they fixed the issue but i can still see the discoloration of some images...
Any help wil be appreciated..THANKS

mine got problem on the screen too but still IMO its the screen, i'm about to bring it to the Asus Tech to check i'll update u if its the Screem
