Please try the following:

Update the motherboard BIOS

make sure you are using correct PCI-E slots as specified within the manual

Re-install video drivers (delete old ones before new install using driver sweeper

[l3p-NL]

Had the same weird problems. Separate they worked perfect, but couldn't get them in triple or quad SLI.
