    After cutting the connector you strip maybe 2mm of insulation from the end then you crimp these on with needle nose pliers:

    Ideally you want enough stripped so that the first crimp grabs the bare wire and the second grabs the insulation. Then you snap the pins into one of these plugs:

    Make sure to confirm power & ground before plugging them into the connector so the plug is wired properly.

    If you want to sleeve the fan then there are many options. Basically you need some sleeving and then some heat shrink on each end of the sleeving to anchor it and keep it from fraying.

    Now is there going to be a problem if my fans are two wire?

    No, it just means you won't have the speed sensor wire.
