    Rma engtx 570

I am hoping one of the asus staff here can help as the main support process seems somewhat of a joke

I have had an asus gtx 570 for about 14 months and a couple of days ago the card stopped working, tested in a different computer and even got a new cheap gpu (asus gtx 210) as the striker II extreme motherboard doesnt have an onboard display adapter. this new gpu works so its is definitely the 570 that has gone.

when I contacted the asus support they got back to me really quickly which I was most impressed with only to find them fobbing me off saying that test the hardware in other scenarios (other PC's etc) and that if it is defiantly a hardware failure to contact the retailer.

I sent a request back asking for an RMA as the device is over a year old and the retailer only has a 30 day return policy (like 99% of companies do!) and have not had a response.

as such I am in the UK and am hoping there is a UK RMA process, alternatively a EU RMA will do if anyone can help me out, I would of normally got in contact with the asus staff directly but the only info on the forums is for the US and canada.

if a member of staff would like the request ID please ask and will PM you it.

Thanks Thomas for getting involved here.

There is another lad that might be contacting you, he from up North of the border in Dundee who has a dead motherboard and RMP3000 have told him to bog off.
