New BIOS 2105 for R4E/F/G:

First upgrade with CAP convertor:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_2011/Intel_X79

Then flash to xxx2105.CAP

Updates Fast Boot Options
Use Numeric keypad DEL button (not the other DEL) to easier access BIOS after a reset in OS (Fast Boot Mode)

Thank you Shamino. I installed the new Bios and everything is working fine. The boot is now faster. I like that.

i am still with 2003 now , and i used asus update bios from 1404 to 2003 , how can i update with this??

Yes, you can update now. Just do it through the Bios EZ Flash not through Windows. It's always better.

Beside fast boot option, now you can save your profie to usb thumdrive and restore when you need it.
