Will a AX1200 power Quad-fire 7970?

I am just wondering if I can run quad cross fire hd 7970s on an corsair ax1200. Also is there any room for an over clock?

1500W power suply ( like x stated ) or run 2 psu's, i cant tell you how to do that realy since i only use one. ( not runing amd cards, just 2 nvidia cards here )
