New video card arrived; ASUS HD7970.
Box included item: LN2 MOS heatsink.
Understand purpose of heatsink but I found no instructions as to where it was supposed to be installed.

As I said to be fix it to gfx VRM. You dismantle the fan and heatsink in order to see it.

OP has 7970 DirectCU II, no-one was talking about Matrix here. Please, do some reading before posting.
7950 TOP v2 (but only v2) which I have has same PCB as that card. So, if anyone has that heatsink I would like to buy it for some reasonable price.
