On the motherboard of maximus V extreme, where do I need to connect the little mini speaker that I got from my HAF XM?
I am talking about the mini speaker that produce the "beep" sound.

According to a report, TRIM over RAID 0 will be made possible with Windows 8 operating system, provided the system is running an Intel 7-series chipset (such as Z77 Express), has RAID BIOS (Option ROM) version 11.5 or higher, and Rapid Storage Technology (RST) device driver version 11.5 or higher. While obtaining the required Windows and driver versions is relatively easy, the RAID Option ROM version is in the hands of motherboard manufacturers, who have to release motherboard BIOS updates that include the required RAID Option ROM updates.

Anyone unfamiliar with the read/write speeds that can be achieved with two SATA3 SSDs in RAID O (like me) here is an ATTO bench. And two articles.

Lets hope Asus adds this RAID Option ROM to an upcoming bios. Finally Intel is setting up the use of Trim functionality with ssds in RAID, good news.

Definitely getting another 520 before windows 8 arrives, the prices have dropped recently to $1.00/GB, not sure if the upcoming 530series will work in RAID O with a 520.

This is for my bro Sammy who just purchased a new keyboard to add more green to his game, take a look at this outrageous thing, it has variable backlighting, including green, and I would guess one very thick manual.

Wow those are crazy new speeds. I am getting 250mb write but 550mb read. Only really care about read ATM lol. Also that keyboard blew my small little mind. That is insane, just wish it wasn't madcatz. I prefer razer or corsair; sometimes Logitech. Good stuff man. Watch my stream and see me suck at gaming lol.

Wait how did you get those SSD speeds? I swore I had them in raid 0. Where did you find that in the bios or cannot switch now?
