Unboxing The Crosshair V Formula-Z

In case you missed our earlier overview of the technologies in the Crosshair V Formula-Z, here it is. If you’ve already budgeted to buy one, now we’re unboxing the retail package to show what to expect when it arrives on your doorstep.



Open the cover flap and there’s info on the product features



Out the box, there are two parts: bits and board. (Don’t forget to remove the heatsink sticker)



Driver disc, manual, ROG case badge and SSD/HDD/optical drive tags



Six SATA cables (with 90 degree connectors for flush fitting within the case), Q-shield and an ROG connect USB cable



2-way and 3-way SLI connectors, 2-way CrossFireX connector, Q-connectors and an ROG door hanger

Nice, Really like the extra SLI 3way and the CrossFireX connectors. Greats stuff, The CrossFireX connector should be added to all ROG MoBo extra's pack... Thanks Heaps
