Yes, the latest is called the PadFone, but it's unavailable in the US currently. You can buy it unlocked from other countries and import it however it's not certified for US networks.

I'm so getting one.

It would be even better if ASUS made it to work on the 850MHz band - Telstra Next G Network...this is why I didn't get one, so I got myself a Samsung Galaxy SII 4G instead lol

No 4G, that's mad.

The padphone is one of the reasons I despise American cell carriers.

The sad thing is if we ever do see the padphone in the US it'll be locked to AT&T.

Also, I have no doubt that the padphone will be revised for 4G.

ASUS, release Padphone on all carriers in the USA...pronto...you are letting the market get away! Then, team up with Canonical to bring Ubuntu to android! 🙂
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!

Nackers, the "Next G Network" from Telstra covers 3G and 4G, honestly I don't really care about 4G...I have my PC for my net requirements(pr0n and my studies :p) hehe but I do need the full Next G support for proper reception lol
