G73JH-A1 Battery problem - Not working anymore, but loaded.

Hi everyone, since yesterday, my battery is not working anymore. I have to plug my laptop. I used a program called HWiNFO32 to check my battery.



When I take of the plug, my laptop shuts down immediatly. As you can see, the battery seems to be loaded. The battery is detected by the laptop ( reloading ), but it does not reload ...

How old is this battery?

I really never used it, maybe 5 times ...

I sent back my computer to Asus and they fixed the problem, and the fan ticking issue at the same time.
