Overclocking limits and, stability depends upon individual chips. I have managed to get my 3570k running 4.6GHz @ 1.185V stable! No crashes, no BSODs. I am using H80 as my cooler!
Since you have a H100i, you can afford to push it a bit further. However, for a long run, this seems fine. If you want to lower your temps further, try to lower the voltage by a step of 0.02V and, run prime95 for 6 hours. Keep doing it until you hit the sweet part!
