Yeah, I read not long ago about problems with Linux and NTFS, wasn't sure if it'd changed and i've tried to make the disk basic again, but it won't play ball....and I don't have another drive that I can dump all my data to and try to reset the drive back to basic, well not yet anyway.

Never had a problem with NTFS and LINUX really, but I'm by no means an expert. Also, my NTFS drives are not dynamic, just simple partitions, which probably helps things a great deal. FAT32 makes a great shared-data partition, provided that you don't need gigantic files.

MYK and Zygo, how much does OpenSUSE 12.2 stand vers. 12.1 and is it really worth allowing the upgrade?

It took me about two weeks to get 12.1 fully up and running but the machine itself is running a TS3 Server, a personal email sever and a World of Warcraft Privet Server with approximately 50 family and friends playing on it. So as to mission critical I would say not so much since the MySQL server is on a Separate Server so as not to loose Character Data but also the MySQL Server is replicated on a Backup Server as well.
