Firstly welcome to the best community there is! Now the fan warning is due to AI suite it's rubbish don't use it seriously everyone will tell you that! And the fact your card has no fan doesn't matter the cards designed that way! Just pick a card you can afford and will do what you need, it's all personal choice.
Enjoy owning the hardware it's sweet and always ask if you have problems, that's what we're for 🙂
Rampage v edition 10
I7-6950x @ 4.1ghz
Dominator platinum 32gb @ 3000mhz
NZXT X76 Kraken 360mm rad cooler
Corsair ax1600i psu full white cable set
Samsung EVO 970 1tb M.2 boot
Samsung EVO 850 1tbx4 SSD raid, storage
Titan xp jedi collectors edition
NZXT Phantom 820 full fan set
ROG frontbase
Samsung 55" 1000hz (140hz effective) 4k hdr tv as monitor
Windows 10 pro 64bit

I use it and have no issues now. Go into the fan xpert and choose chassis fans on the drop down menu, then set it to standard on the other menu, mine was disabled factory. That will rid you of that annoying warning.

thanx man..it helped..really looking forward what this board can give with fx 8350 🙂

Did you uninstall AI suite? Or did you change the fan option? I am using the 8350 on my build, it runs great, I havent gotten into tweaking it yet tho, I need a better cpu cooler first.
