Unhappy My Maximus4 eXtreme-Z always reboot.

    Hello, folks!
I've buy a Maximus4 Extreme-Z, (or "M4XZ" for short) mainly for provided connectivity.

On first boot, the M4XZ asks me to set the "EFI BIOS". (Nothing strange until now.)
But after I've set, my computer reboot after 5s (more or less), shut-down and reboots after 1 or 2 sec.

I've already tested to enable then disable the LN2. The Q_Reset to, and It’s not more effective.
My configuration is in my Signature

Have you any idea to helping me?
    Already, thanks!
(And please, no acronyms or abbreviation without explanations for them, English isn't my native language, unfortunately for you.)

As first, try with memory-OK button and cmos-clear jumper.
If that doesn't work, try to remove GPU, and if this works, you've to upgrade your PSU.

Thanks, but like I saidbefore: In firsts boots, I can see (and set) the firmware. So I don't think the GraphicCard is the problem.

Meanwhile I've successfully booted my PC.
    But...
Does it always try to OverClock the system? Because it's "just" the OverCloking which fails, and like I’ve already said: It’s not for the OverCloking part if I’ve choose this MotherBoard, it's for provided connectivity, and I don't want to go through the BIOS on each start.

I also think I have 1 of the 2 firmwares is corrupt. (Possible reason of restarts.)

    One more time: Thanks Alexia!

In the traditional sense, no the motherboard does not overclock past specifications unless you set it that way. However there is Turbo Boost which is part of the i7 CPUs and is automatic.
