Crosshair V Formula Boot Failure, Again!

So basically I restarted my PC to apply a windows update and it wouldn't power off, so I powered it off manually. Following this it wouldn't boot up and the DRAM LED was staying solid red with no video signla to my screen.

So I began the task of testing the modules in single DIMM's and they all worked when used separately, then I tried adding them back in one at a time but upon getting to the last slot the rig stopped booting again. I left the last stick in and removed the stick from the second slot instead and it still booted.

So TL;DR this piece of crap motherboard has suddenly decided to stop booting if I use 4 sticks of ram instead of 3. Thus I ask you asus, why is this and why have you release such a crappy bug ridden product?

Upon using memOK the system will boot but once I save the settings and restart the system just fails to power off and I have to reset the CMOS again.

    Thanks in advance,
    Dave

EDIT: inb4 'Provide your specs' as they are irrelevant, the rig has been stable for months now.

    A few things:

    1) which UEFI version are you running?

    2) Set Read to Read Timing to 5 clocks

    3) Set Command Rate to 2T (you already know this)

    4) Set CPU/NB Voltage to 1.20V

    5) Set VDIMM manually to what the modules need.

    6) Use a fan over the VRM heatsink to keep the system cool.

Thank you for the timely reply (as always) Raja, sorry if I flew off the handle a little bit in my post but as you can imagine my frustration got the better of me. I'm using the latest version of the BIOS and even re-installed it (v0506). I set the OC functions to manual, before changing anything I checked the DIMM POST menu to see that the board was OC'ing my RAM to 1550 instead of 1333. So I changed my settings as you specified with the exception of the VDIMM as I can't find it? :-S Also please note that my system is more then adequately cooled and I o indeed have a RAM cooler from Corsair installed.

Upon rebooting I was able to get past bios and post and even reboot/power down properly, howerver upon re-loading my RAID configuration and attempting a boot into Windows I can only get as far as the login screen while Windows applies updates, soon after the system crashes and reboots.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I obviously changed the timing back to 1333 :P

EDIT 2: Ok I was to restore the auto setting for CPU and DRAM tuning without chaning anything else and then boot into windows. Now I'm just wondering how this could happen in the first place? I didn't make any changes myself so unless I have a ghost living with me in secret how could this happen? Thanks again raja!
