Thunderbolt add-on card question

If I decide to use the Crosshair V Formula Thunderbolt edition, will the Thunderbolt add-on card limit my PCI-E bandwidth for my Graphics cards since it blocks slot #1?

No it won't, the trace routing for those slots is separate.

ok, last thing is if I use slots 2 and 3 for SLI will they run at x16 or at x8?

If you actually look below each of the card slot they even say what they are but ya, like I said before. Only slots 1 & 3 are x16.

Edit: While ThunderBolt does seem nice, I don't think it would make much of a difference... also, some have argued that you can use the TB card in any PCIe slot so you might still be able to get and use it but this assumes you can use it in any slot except for the small PCI slot it's made for / seen plugged in to in the art on the box.
