I've done a lot of testing, reading and calculating recently. Here's a spreadsheet that I use to calculate the timings so I could compare them with the RAM datasheet. My DIMMs are Kingston KVR1333D3E9S/4GEC ECC DIMMs with Elpida J2108ECSE-DJ-F RAMs. I ran them with 1866 timings for quite some time up until this weekend but the 1003 UEFI doesn't play nice with them at 1866

You enter the settings in columns C to T and it'll calculate the timings in ns in the columns on the right. My original version uses conditional formatting to compare the calculated values to the limits in rows 2 and 3 but Google doesn't support that. I assume that distributing binaries like .ods or .xls is frowned upon but I can make the original version available.
BTW, the way I arrived at the 1866 timings was to load the presets for 4GB DIMMs and then correct the timings via the spreadsheet to get close to what I found in Elpida's datasheet for the 1866-binned RAMs.
Maybe you can use the 1866 timings as-is.
