You enter the settings in columns C to T and it'll calculate the timings in ns in the columns on the right. My original version uses conditional formatting to compare the calculated values to the limits in rows 2 and 3 but Google doesn't support that. I assume that distributing binaries like .ods or .xls is frowned upon but I can make the original version available.
BTW, the way I arrived at the 1866 timings was to load the presets for 4GB DIMMs and then correct the timings via the spreadsheet to get close to what I found in Elpida's datasheet for the 1866-binned RAMs.
Maybe you can use the 1866 timings as-is.
