G74SX-A1 how do you disable C3, C6?

Anyone know how to disable C3 and C6 for G74SX-A1? Checked BIOS not there, and tried ThrottleStop 30001, can see C0, C3, C6 but don't know how to adjust/edit it.

I need to know so I can get better performance from my SSD (Crucial M4 256GB), getting low 4k reads and writes.

Read others getting much better 4k's with same SSD but on different notebook/desktop with C3 and C6 disabled. They showed before and after disabling C3/C6, and they were getting similar 4k's that I'm currently getting on G74SX, really low 4k's.
