need help ! asus a8n32 sli

i just finish reformat my old ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe 939 NVIDIA nForce4. it's fine before, but now everytime i turn it on i cant go to window always on this, safemode w/ networking,safemode and start normally. and everytime i click any of them it goes back on samething same option. i really dont know what to do.

Have you tried the Last Known Good option?

If you've tried that and still no joy then I would get the Windows DVD and try to do a repair install.

thanks for the reply. so far i updated the bios, because i never update this bios since the first day and thats 7yrs ago. right now kinda work again.
