ok update guys. I just got my new board in today and installed. I am now not having any problems with the optical out...... SO hardware not software on my end. I am still having trouble getting my first 2 ram slots to detect my ram and I can't run it in dual channel but I was just playing minecraft for like 2 hours and no sounds glitches at all. It isn't the solution we wanted but it seems to be a solution.

Raja so you trow us in face some pictures about your test...where is that bios u was using....at the end what is the solution for this? because we are not here just to use the host webhosting and post for nothing...the problem we have is very real...we are kinda a lot who experience this...and who knows how many more but they dont know about this forum. So the problem exists. Again im asking the question...RMA or not? (is maybe only some hardware problems for some mb?..is only some users have the bad luck buyng from that hardware problems lot? )

    What did you discover ?

I tried this bios, its stable for the OC and stuff but like I said before, the sound having delay is fixed by AI suite for me. When you turn it off, the sound stop lagging for 3000us. For the rest, I cant imagine how paintful its difficult to find the solution.

Have you even tried the 0705 BIOS?

Nobody has come back to me since that build was posted and said their sound is glitching.

I tried the 0705 bios but my problem was only having a delay in the sound, the delay has been fixed by removing AI suite II ( the famous 3000us lag with the program you told me to download/try). I know that prismic911 (IRL friends) still have the same problem when using 0705 bios and by disabling this program. The glitching persists and stays online via optical connexion.
Does he have to RMA his board?

We can't replicate it to date so I'm not sure how an RMA would help. Tell your friend to contact suport in his region and ask them if they want him to RMA.

I understand, since we have almost the same spec and because you guys werent able to replicate the problem, its pretty sure its hardware related.
This is from another website :
The main issue I have been having with this board is the BIOS. I haven't had any issues with RAM support even though my particular model number isn't listed on the official support list (8gb of Gskill 2.0gb F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL) I know some people were having issues with ram not working, but I have really bad stability issues with the latest bios update that they released 0506. Between overclocking and a few sound issues (static)
I would finish this topic by asking you this simple question : were you also able to see if AI suite is causing some sound delay ? If yes, are they going to update the software to remove that delay? I can assure you this is software related.

Thank you for your support Raja!
