[QUOTE=dstrakele;75712]ASUS WebStorage allows you to store files remotely on their servers via the internet (i.e. "the Cloud"). See https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/features/ for details. Check the "ASUS" or "ASUS Utility"folder in the Start Menu to locate it on your system.

Thanks for the explanation. So far I don't have any crash problems, just got curious as I can't find that thing in my G74sx BBK8 model. MSCONFIG doesn't have it, unless the name is different, and there is nothing like it in the Asus folder of the C drive.

Is it possible I don't have it?

Anything is possible. I recommend using the "Search programs and files" box of the Start Menu to attempt to find it.

    Thanks for the rec.

It seems I don't have it. Probably the Best Buy models don't have that feature. I'm not complaining though

I have the same problem with my new Asus V75GW running IE10 on Win8. As soon as I unpacked it and launch IE10 and tried to navigate away from the home page I get popup message "Internet Explorer has stopped working". I was able to import Firefox from my old laptop and that's what I'm having to use as my default browser. I don't have ASUS WebStorage installed and I tried running the IE Fix it utility from Microsoft. IE10 is still broken.
